Recruiting people isn't the only way you get the bonus the end of the month. As everything else, you have to sell the product for that.

But the emphasis is on recruitment. The actual business model is Active Recruitment, Passive Selling.

Most people who join MLM COMPANIES never even make enough money to cover their entry fee into the ORGANIZATION!

Why do you have to recuit the entire human race? How much money do you need to fire your boss? I want to get a job where you work if they pay that much.

MLM really means "MIS LEADING MANY", such as LYING about the amount of money you are actually making; which in most cases is NIL.

What is the difference between one person recruiting two and one person getting married and having a kid? Has the population of the earth increased over time? Okay it may take 2-4 years to have two kids of your own. Network Marketing is one of the most difficult careers. Why? It’s sales and sales management and recruitment and organizational management. Most people hate sales. Most people lie or mislead their friends and family to say it will be simple duplication. It takes real work effort and labor to stay in partnership with thousands of team members and run a successful business family. That is why 2% ever earn big money and 98% end up being consumers of the products and eventually quitting if they don’t receive actual benefits from higher priced quality goods.

So true !! I once had a brother whom I respected a lot, he was such a hardworking person who taught me a lot of moral values. One fine day he just invited me casually to a luxury hotel and all I could see were people Around me calling me a loser if I would join the 9 to 6 job that I landed. I lost respect for him and even today I miss the genuine old him and that genuinuty is now buried under a MLM scheme that makes him feel it's okay to build a business of of relationships he has built to make money. Don't get me wrong I'm into supporting businesses. But he was pitching me a dream that I actually didn't even want and made me feel bad for opting out. If anyone reading this is into MLM. Maybe you make money, maybe you are financially free. But it won't be too far u till you realize you have sold your genuinuty for a corporate which makes you feel like you are bossing Around people who boss other people.

Have you heard the term SALES! That’s what we do, not mere recruitment’s. It’s the people who get results from the products and decide to share the benefits and sales happen. Is it that difficult to unrealistic?

According to Amway’s income disclosure an individual distributor with a pin level of Platinum could make an annual income of: $18,064 if they keep a sales volume of 7,500 Point Value or about $22,500 in a month to month basis. Now, try to sell $22,500 worth of vitamins, shampoos, other personal care or consumable items . You would need at least 150 customers buying at least $150 worth of products month to month to keep that volume. If you are able to do so, you could be making an average of $1,500 a month, which translate to about $9.40 per hour if you do this full time 40 hours a week. That doesn’t include overhead cost such as: monthly membership subscription, fuel if you have to deliver any products to customers or costs to any type of anual events, if attending. By now you could realize the chances of actually making money are very slim, unless you recruit other individual distributors. They will ultimately be your “customers” even if they think they are now business owners.
