I'm curious... how would a tea or tincture irritate the lungs unless you're inhaling it, in which case you'd at least choke on the liquid. 🤔

Thanks 🙏🏻 Great advise to harvest a plant that grows so well and so effortlessly. My only problem is that roadside harvest is never a good idea due to endless contamination. It grows fabulous in our chicken yard. We have dozens of large healthy plants 🌱 every year.

Thank you for sharing this informative video. God bless you. Psalm 24 KJV 1. The earth is the Lord's, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein. 2 For he hath founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the floods. 3 Who shall ascend into the hill of the Lord? or who shall stand in his holy place? 4 He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully. 5 He shall receive the blessing from the Lord, and righteousness from the God of his salvation. 6 This is the generation of them that seek him, that seek thy face, O Jacob. Selah. 7 Lift up your heads, O ye gates; and be ye lift up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in. 8 Who is this King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle. 9 Lift up your heads, O ye gates; even lift them up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in. 10 Who is this King of glory? Hi Christine. I personally have been learning of mullein and it's uses since last year and maybe a but longer. I found it growing in my yard and decided to look it up. This year about 15 or so plants came up! The first year it is rosette shaped that grows near the ground. The second year it sends up the long stalk that will flower. We had about 7 to ten that flowered. I would go out and pinch the flowers off as they matured and I made the olive oil and mullein flower oil for earaches. Now it is September and the leaves and tall stalk has started drying up. The tall stalk where the flowers were is now where the seeds are. Because it us on my property I cut just below the flowering stalk, took a large bowl then turned the stalk upside down and gently tapped the stalk and the seeds began falling into the bowl. They are very very tiny seeds. I also pulled up whole stalks forvthe root.

Make sure you filter your tea through a coffee filter, I find the leaves a bit irritating to the throat if you don’t filter the tea through a coffee filter.
