    Yeh diet plan Muharram k rozon pe hai. Ap chahay 10 rozay rakhen, 3 rozay rakhen ya 2 rozay rakhen yeh same diet follow kren. JazakAllah khair

    Haleem 10 din me sirf 1 din khana h ? Or agr haleem k sath rice na khany hon just haleem tb kitny spoons khaen ?     Yeh 10 din ka daily ka diet hai. Ap daily kha skti hain jitni quantity btai hai. Agar sirf haleem khana hai toh 2 cup khaen. Ab chahay pooray 40 days tak yeh diet same follow kren ya 10 din. Yeh diet puray din ka same rahay ga chahay 10 din ho ya ziada
