Myself as a doctor can really appreciate this interview with this legend. He has clear signs of Parkinson's disease at this stage and yet he is so beautifully holding his expressions and flow of speech in the midst of a poor memory, emotional lability and rigidity. He takes ample time to recollect and many times he is adjusting the vocabulary with replaced memories without people realising. Hats off to this great legend. The interviewer although young and naive has too displayed great maturity in terms of listening with patience and letting the legend take his time to complete a sentence. The narration about Prithviraj Kapoor touched his heart as it has a link with his birth place of Peshawar. Feast to eyes and ears.

II am a medical doctor. After qualifying I lived and worked in National Health Service, UK all my life. In 38 years career I saw and diagnosed two cases of Parkinson's disease. A doctor see only 1 or 2 cases in his entire professional career. In this interview Dilip Kumar shows no signs of Parkinson's disease. In his 90s he develop dementia and Prostate cancer from which he died. This is according to obituary published in The Times newspaper of London. Thank you.

Mugle Azam is unforgettable movie I watched 10 times, the most beautiful Madubala, the legend Dilip sb such movies can't be produced in Bollywood.

Dilip saab .. he is a true gem of our nation.. always had a power house performance in all his movies .. a genius and a living legend.. not possible for any other actor in India to attain the position whch he has..

He purposely didn't wanna talk about Madhubala. He loved her a lot and as they couldn't marry each other it would be painful for him to remember her. Also he can't say about Madhubala in front of Saira, I mean she will heel bad right. He loved Saira but Madhu was special to him throughout his life. Hope they both are together in heaven now

When The Thespian explodes on the screen, we are in for a magical experience.. Dilip Kumar : The Institution..one of the finest actors in Indian Cinema..handsome.. sophisticated..articulate with impeccable Urdu n English. I thoroughly enjoyed the interview n was overjoyed to see my childhood hero vibrant even in his advancing years ( he must've been 80+ at the time of interview). The interviewer, however, was amateurish.. maybe, being a youngster, he was in awe of the living legend.. Thanks a lot for this heart warming upload!

What a nice person - a gem. The dedication to art, respect, courtesy and gentlemanly behavior, it's amazing. His use of Urdu is always very sweet, nafees. Great interview! Though the video editing and cuts are a bit severe. I read in comments this was around 2004 maybe. May God give him a long life.

What a classy beautiful interview with pauses and that answer about the kid who watched this movie 114 times, it left me into so much laughter. Yousuf Sb was my parents fav actor and that’s how we fell in love with this great personality watching his movies. Since sad demise of legend the dilip kumar i watched many video's interview about him..I would rank this one as numbers one A1 At first it look like that he was not willing of giving this interview & looking not in mood but soon he open up his mind & the way he asking for fee at last & pulling leg of anchor it show's funny witty side of dilip kumar & ending it on happy note is success of anchor & it's not easy to handle philosophical thinker star like dilip kumar this interview is real soothing poetic experience & looking like grandfather is giving interview to grandson .

He is of course one. I saw him in Brick Lane East London on the event of release of Sagina Mahoto. Saira g was with him. He said a rew words. Uf! His real voice, the way he spoke and the words, the time stood still. I think like me, every one in the hall felt a vacuum after the LEGEND and Saira g left. God bless them.❤️❤️

Imtiaz Azeem Sahab ke interview mein koyee kami nahi thi, Dilip ki shakhsiyat itni bhari hai ki uska ehtram kiya imtiaz bhai ne. Waise bhi is daur buzurg bahut hawi rehte they. Mere dada Dilip Shab se 2-3 Saal chote they aur pichle saal intiqaal kiya. Lekin kya ghazab tha unka. I swear.. was watching ndtv interview shashi kapoor. The entire thing was shashi being interjected and correcting facts. And the worst- tarun tejpal interviewing rishi, karishma, ranbir kapoor😡

Believe it or not, Dilip Kumar sir is incomplete without Madhubala. The real pair was both of them.

1968 me Kerala se Rampur (UP) aaya, 1st time inke film dekhna suru kiya , (matinee show ke zariye , Calcutta plus main cities ) , picture post book ke zarye bhi , mere nazar me inke jaiso acting koyi nahi kar sakte ,yeh mera vichar hai, Dilip sahab aap ko bahut bahut pranam

Koi nhi krta h Dilip Sahab ke samne unka zikr.....aapne dekha nhi jb unse pucha gya ki kya reaction tha toh unhone kaha Saiyra Biwi se puchiyega aap! Kahi na kahi aaj bhi Madhubala ji ki yaad unke dil mei hai
