A very well balanced ,impartial and well thought-out documentary.Thank you gentlemen for putting this together. The humor in there makes it even more better.I truly got a feel of the human element of the late President Mugabe from your lense.I am a Zimbabwean ,I love Zimbabwe and I believe God is still writing the pages of our story ,greatness will surely be bestowed onto us. Another key documentary you should look into is in the royalty lineages of Africa and how some got lost to imperialism whilst they preserve their royal families.

This documentary and the one floating around youtube about the drafting of the Zimbabwe constitution bring much needed clarity to the Zimbabwean plight. Wow, interesting documentary. Very vital for Zimbabweans overseas or who never had a chance to get a close up view of the late Honerable CDE R. G. Mugabe. I think he was consistent in his agenda for independence. However it's now up to us "Zimbabweans" to build our economy, especially for the benefit of the country.

@@YellowSynth Mugabe was a villain , what ever he did during land acquisition was bent on self preservation. If the land issue was genuine he could have done it in a way that wouldn't disrupt the lives of farm workers and the economy which was mostly agro based. When he felt that his power was threatened by the war vets he gave them 50000 each dispite the fact that the economy could not afford, hence the downward spiral. The land was also given to the roling elite ,him included . There was no plan on the utilization of land . The white man's sin was supporting the opposition. Remember Mugabe was a very vengeful man . Ask people of Matabeleland, for not supporting him they paid with their lives , 20000 were killed . To people of Matabeleland he was more brutal than Ian Smith . Remember also the Murambatswina operation, people perceived as his enemies, 100 000 s were displaced in the most cruel manner.

The President was absolutely right about the machinations of some foreign powers through their leaders at that time pointing towards this rich country resources and the necessity of benefits for its own citizens as owners first also the issue of the sanctions and so on. On the other hand terrible mistakes have been made during the first years I believe, as in order to run such a country you need specialists in all fields of activity, people qualiffied and ready to work hard and above all to be just and correct and as far I could see there still are such people over there. Hero for masterminding one of the greatest human migration in a legitimate country? Hero for being responsible for historically one of the greatest financial collapse? Hero for masterminding the polarisation of the post independence future, very tribalistic, unpatriotic to the liberation, power hungry, couldn't work with his fellow liberation leaders who required recognition. And let's not speak of the brutalities. I would personally claim that all the problems that are directly affecting Zimbabwe are as a direct influence of this man. While failing to out smart the west like the Chinese as one very educated, but evidently witnessing personal gain. If his own party can not acknowledge him one year later, it means there are a lot of questions unanswered.

Zimbabwe was not collapsed by the late President it was collapsed by European united conviction to ensure sovereignty of Zimbabwe is pulverized through sanctions. It is unfortunate and at the same time disgusting that even when presented with uncontaminated evidence you would still hold those notions. It is African land no African can fight for land in Europe. The same as the Europeans in America and in Australia dispossessed the indigenous people of those countries of their land they want to orchestrate the same in Africa You are aware of the Lancaster agreements. There were widespread reports of systematic and escalating violations of human rights in Zimbabwe under the regime of Robert Mugabe and his party, ZANU-PF, between 1980 and 2017. ... In the events, party leader Morgan Tsvangirai and 49 other opposition activists were arrested and severely beaten by the police.

But yu kno what I dont blame you my friend..mind you..when a team lost the match ..the media and the public blame the couch not the players..but couch as we all know his duty is to give ideas nd tell the players wat do do in the field.. Mugabe wished he could whisper to every African child to makes us understand..that you can do it without a white man..but those around him laughed nd said yu old..sit down let us do the work...we the young blood...remember Gaddafi was killed...for supporting his people..in Africa if you wanna be in front page everywhere as good...betray your race..but if yu wanna die...of seen as villain oh dictator..support Africa empowerment...yu must kno you digging your own grave...as for now no1 left to lead Africa...but all of them are remote controlled..I feel sorry hopeless. .coz there is nothing left for Africans only shame in the eyes of all Africans leaders we have today..non of them can stand up and say something to protect our continent but..there job is to nod their head...and every word come from west (white) its olryt...Africa is going back to colonization. ..actually we in it...but this one it's not involving slavery..but they using technology to control us and its working....🙇🏿‍♂️🤦🏿‍♂️🤏🏿😢🥺 WHERE ARE YOU AFRICA...?? thus my question everyday
