A negative to drinking a lot of water is that you'll need to go to the toilet a lot more. I'm 27 and drink a lot of water. I always wake up once or twice in the middle of the night just to go to the toilet. I've been tested and there's nothing wrong with me

The testimony of faith verses of Quran are so protected that Allah says it in the Quran We told them to produce a surah like there is in the Quran and they (disbelievers) failed miserably

Coke is bad for the Sugar content and of course if you drink it too much then you'll have a problem but the effects on the kidney and stuff can be cured by drinking two glasses of water an hour or so after drinking Coke. So it's not that much harmful, it is if you drink it too much because then you'll have to compensate with that by drinking double the amount of water and that can also damage you not to mention that the Sugar is also too much I would suggest we drink no more than 1 glass (small ones) of any carbonated drink per day so the lesson we learn from this is that excess of everything is bad except Worship of Allah SWT. I would also like to add that you make sure you're drinking enough water everyday keep reminding yourself that you're thirsty even set Alarms if you're forgetful but please make sure to drink water.

Prophet Muhammad (PBH) always promoted a healthy body and mind by eating a simple clean diet and eating little and often. Soda is full of sugar and additives and so we should try and reduce our consumption of this if we can.

It’s not haram but at the same time drink it on occasions or once every 2 weeks or once a month let’s say but not everyday some people would have even more than 1 unit a day like they drink it too much

It’s like fast food, it’s one of the things that you can comfortably do on occasions but if you do it too much then yeah THATS bad and anything that effects your health is not good for you or yes plain and clear haram like : Smoking , drinking , sucking drugs

If he wanted, Mufti Menk could roast anybody and everybody with nothing but true witticisms..the way he cuts through all the nonsense is amazing! May Allah bless him.

I too have heard such things in previous 8 years. When I was in matric. I didnt understood it as the urdu arabic don't was quite convincing and a friend said it in a way it was more than enough for convincing. Then I realized like why? I remember didn't drank it and dint threw the can as normally we would. Astaghfirullah. But but but I Love that shaikh emphasised coke once in a while😂😂😂

I stopped drinking it because they say it has a bit of alcohol / additives that make it addicting with time. I got tired of checking whether it's halal or haram so I just stopped drinking it and switched to juices. Done.

This was great advice by sheikh, as recently I've been drinkin' a lot of coke on a regular basis, once everyday but I get stomach cramps and heart punctures, so I now limited how much come I drink and have drank a lot of water now, this was helpful.

May Allah guide us to the streight path. Ameen.

It goes back to the old saying, Everything in moderation

I stopped drinking coke because of the sugar. I substituted this for Mountain Dew. 500ml bottle of coke contains 53g sugar. 500ml bottle of Mountain Dew contains 33g of sugar. Less sugar and still tastes much better (in my opinion). Another alternative to coke is irn bru. 500ml of irn bru contains 22g sugar

They asked, "What are these enduring good deeds?" The Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) replied: Takbir [Allahu Akbar], Tahlil [la ilaha illallah], Tasbih [Subhan'Allah], alhamdulillah, and la hawla wa la quwwata illa billah. O

I agree some Muslims go to extreme to prove a point.

There should be a council of true scholars to give a fatwa on Coca-Cola and Pepsi as they contain certain percentage of alcohol which is not poured but is there in natural State and is different than your hard drinks like rum,wine etc. Because of the Haditg anything which intoxicates in large quantities is haram so in small quantities it is also haram.

Sheik, the best thing is keep away from coke, water is best but after having a heavy meal, a bit of fizzy drink like Pepsi or coke is good, the fizzy nature helps the digestion. Otherwise, keep away because it does more harm than good.

It was a thing back then. But Coke is bad for u in a long run. The original idea was for a cough syrup to be sold mixed with soda. And it is a global phenomenon.
