I've been training kick-boxing and muay-thai for about 4 and a half years, I've watched a lot of the videos on your channel and I have to say this is one of the best channels for martial arts, if not even the best! The constant upload of various offensive and deffensive techniques can definitely keep you one or two steps ahead of your opponent in any kind of altercation. Keep up the great work!

Hey, wow, thanks for the great comments. I am really pleased to hear you think so well of the channel, positive feedback is what makes it all worthwhile! I do try and get as much excellent stuff on here as I can, keep letting me know what you think of the other videos going forward!! Keep training hard!!

I've been to one of Trainor's seminar. It's scary how small he is but his technique is so sharp that he generates shit tons of power and speed.

I love this channel. So much gold. I used to fight a few years ago. I’ve never liked the lean back though. Always seemed to force me to be off balance.

I am sorry to hear you had a bad break, don't let it put you off, just make sure you trust your training partners and take it one step at a time. You don't need to fight to enjoy training!

Stuart Tomlinson yeah but being able to fight against someone and develop in that particular skill is more or less my main motivation to train. This might sound arrogant, but the speed/technique/power of my punches and kicks is good. However it feels useless to me not being able to use it in a fight. I want to become comfortable again in throwing punches. I have been inappropiatly punished once for not having my guard up. Just bothers me that many gyms have to much people walking around not fully respecting their opponent. :(

Stuart Tomlinson I still have my first yellow belt kickboxing certificate from 1991 in my garage near my bag! Your channel is great for guys like me who only have a bag and can't get to classes easily, I always pick up something new from these videos whether it is Muay Thai or Judo. So thanks for all your work, it's really appreciated.
