Please can one use the 4g premium router without it being plugged?

Pls is there any way i can limit the numbers of people that can connect. Like in Android Hotspot, you can limit the number of devices that can connect to your Hotspot.. is that possible on this router?

I got into my 4g wifi settings and disabled it, it doesn’t connect so I can’t connect on the mtn service without it I haven’t found solution yet, please help
