Another analysis no one really asked for: I think TTJ challenges viewers by introducing a “vibe” into MTG that many folks aren’t used to/have never seen in their fnm. I suspect it turns a lot of people off, but as Magic becomes more popular we have the privilege of broadening what we define as the “mtg vibe”, and that can include people who challenge the previously stagnant magic nerd stereotype. Sick as hell honestly.

It's more than that. End the Festivities should have done 2, L-bolt does 4, etc. Even tapping your own painland hits you for 2 instead. Not sure if any of it would have mattered exactly, but it's notable.

This might be my all time favorite TTJ pod and that's really saying something 😎

I still cant believe TTJ still only has 40k subs. the content is so good and Joe always has so many good friends come and play.

@@TabletopJocks My own little theory is that, after the "break up" happened, a lot of people were quick to pick a side (as with any drama) and didn't give TTJ the chance it deserves. If anything, I think your vibe is what made the other channel so popular to begin with.

Everything that was said has been proven false and I knew time and my actions in the community would tell.

As someone that recently had a stroke and has started playing Magic again Josh is right about the off-hand being harder than it looks. Especially one hand shuffling a commander deck.

This is onyle of my favorite pod of people.

Tor Wauki was being played wrong the whole game, but it was still a lot of fun! You guys are all so entertaining to watch! Great table chemistry. (Tor Wauki doesn't buff his own damage, but he would have buffed the Guttersnipe and a bunch of other things that were missed.)

Hey Crim there is an artifact (blade of sleves ) that give myriad to equip creature imagine equiping it in a 5/5 dragon token.

Nice game! Just a suggestion: I think it would be more natural to follow if Crim was in the topleft position with the overhead camera, since he is at the left of the table, nearest to the camera. Ibwas confused when it was Josh.
