In all seriousness yeah I missed swinging with the sharpshooter the turn rabblemaster came in for sure, but watching the episode I don’t think it changed anything too serious in the same other than people possibly changing their plays that turn 😅 love a good miss play. that’s magic babeyyyyyy

Goblin Sharpshooter is actually a Kobold. It's shorter, which is why they forced it to become a sharpshooter.

I'm sure this gets mentioned a lot, but I always love how Kibler is so willing to help explain and optimize game actions, even if they're bad for him.

@@Paga650 countrary to popular belief most games of commander are not actually about winning. People make sub optimal plays and even just down right bad plays for the fun of the game instead of the win. I've thrown away many wins in commander just to allow people at the table to have fun and be able to do something instead of getting locked down the entire game until their dead. If everyone was optimal and actually focused on good threat assessment then every single person in the game would look for the person posing the biggest threat and would instantly gang up on them until they died and not allow them to do anything in the game at all. It would make for an extremely unfun format that goes against the entire core foundation of what commander was built on. Also FYI im not talking about CEDH in this example as that is an entirely different experience where everyone at the table opts into that type of experience.

I love it whenever famous Heartstone streamer Voxy can join and play some Magic for once! For real though, Voxy is always such a treat to watch. Oh and I guess JLK is cool too.

Josh has played that deck 4 times on screen now, and it's finally pulled a win. Thing was a monster this game

The dynamic between these four was especially great, and this channel sets a consistently high bar with guest chemistry. Also, because I don't think it gets said enough, Olivia and Brian are definitely setting relationship goals, based on what we see on camera. Gameplay fuckups are bound to happen, and I couldn't care less; it's the atmosphere and the chemistry that keeps me engaged.

13:30, Goblin Rabblemaster makes ALL your other Goblins have to attack, so the Sharpshooter would have had to attacked as well (unless Voxy tapped it first).

What a great pod. I also like him when he's hosting but laid-back guest Josh is a treat and Voxy was sowing chaos in the best way possible.

Commander@Home is legitimately one of my favorite channels. Every episode feels like a group of friends hanging out and having a great time together.

Kibber’s laughter is infectious, and Josh using his ability to draw so many cards, help him find and make the pieces he needed to win the game.

Feels like if Voxy never attacked Olivia, she would have not had her pew pew taken away by mama Olivia and locked away in a toy box. I knew it was blair witch style going in when i saw it years ago when it came out, but just the way its done and the acting gave more credence to the fact this shit could be happening. Alien abductions is one of my only rationally irrational fears that i legit cannot control, That scene about the OWLS in particular stuck me with to this day, i got goosebumps just remembering it when Josh said it. It like how i feel with ghosts, i don't believe in them rationally, but im not so brave at midnight in a old house by myself sometimes, as much as i'd like to think otherwise.

I love the moment that Voxy realised that she wasn’t the sword of Damocles anymore, although I do think the game was more fun before that moment

Putting Skullclamp on Esper Sentinel is a pretty Chad play honestly. I mean it is not the best play, or even a good one honestly, but the advantage you get in the mental game from everyone else questioning why you’d ever do that is unbeatable. Even if you lose the game on the board, that play will not leave anyone’s mind for some time and that’s a win all on its own.
