Hi. In IIT branch , SBI officers saying that, to get education loan, we first have to pay admission fees by ourselves, then, they will issue loan... But, we need loan for admission fees, not entire course.... Please, suggest some finance or bank name who provide loan before admission confirmation...

IITD increased the fees tremendously. They r now charging 53,100/- per semester which includes only tution n academic charges. IITD doesn't provide hostel for Mtech students,,,so accomodation plus food facilities would be arranged by students by their own,, which will cost atleast 7k per month. So the total expenses will be more than NITs sadly!

@@pramodmeena7440 I had got the offer to join it But wanted to be independent financially. So I chose IITR instead of it. 1. Yes...no chance. Same response I got when I called hostel authorities.

Yes you can do. And anyone who is having valid GATE score gets the stipend.

Sir is it necessary to live in iit hostel if I belong to the same city.

Depends on IIT. If they allow day scholar you don't need to stay at hostel.

IITB has almost same fee. But IITH has slightly higher fees because it's a new IIT.

Sir what is difference between MTech RA and MS at IIT. Both are 3 yrs and research oriented.

RA means you will be recruited in a Project/Research from the start and with that you can clear MTech. MS means you are free to choose which Research you want. Both are Research course. It takes around 2-3 years depending how fast student finish their work.

Yes. Every IIT has few banks inside. They can provide loan if needed.
