Pehele h limit screw set karte hai then derailleur ko 1 st gear per haath se push karte hai then L limit screw ko set karte hai . Then derailleur ka joh cable hai ussko attack karke uppe jockey wheel ko allign karen last cog ke saath . And the check the shifting

Turn the barrel adjuster clockwise .. Upto 1 to 2 turn then check it .

Use any degreaser on gear cable and shifter

Too complicated for ordinary person. A repair shop does it for me in just ₹10. Better consultant them.
