You said you didnt want run down wallpapers that were put up in the 1970’s, but the buildings exterior actually look exactly like the mass architecture boom in eastern asia in the late 1960s and 1970s 😭. LOVE this build though!!!

Not one activity and literally all there us to do is watch TV or laundry. But. Yeah. I love building worlds filled with sims with zero skills and nothing to do. Fun! I'll watch a virtual thing watch a virtual TV as their entire activity set.

You're legit one of the best builders out there! I imagine that the grandma Sim lost her husband and had to sell her home and move into an apartment since the house was just too much upkeep for her. But her grandkid keeps her company while they go to a better school in the "city." I'd love to see what the grandma's house looked like before her husband past. There's a Nostalgia Living cc pack that would be PERFECT for an "old lady" build.

Live in Japan, you nailed the exterior look. Honestly from an outside perspective it looks way cooler but after the millionth subway tile apartment building (apato or mansion) my eyes CRAVE something more original lmfao always get excited now when I see something different or a new take on the same old same old!

this is the first video that i've watched from you and i'm just SO amazed by the level of detail you put into the build, as well as the storytelling and the whole stories you make up about the sims, i really appreciate them and it's so fun to listen to!! it actually made me wanna download the lot and create the sims so i can play out the stories :))

your builds are so vibrant and lively, they always make me want to play the game whenever ive been on a slump! also, the stuff about uni accomodations... so real hahahhaha

I usually am not all that into the storyline that people envision for their builds but these sims ideas are super inspiring to me and i will download your lot and make these sims to live in it! I would change it to an oasis spring or del sol lot and adapt the mt komorebi aspects. I already have Mt Komorebi filled in a specific style with lots of single sims or small homes and I feel like the exterior you made would fit perfectly in those 2 worlds. Also love that this is a pretty long video, I get to play it in the second monitor while I create in the sims lol

Love the build and how detailed it is. Also I like how it's a sitcom waiting to happen (the story line). The characters seem interesting.

This was just, so satisfying to watch and listen to. I don't usually find myself a big enjoyer of sims speedbuilds, but this was just, so nice? The story? The rapid fire yet still calming commentary? The badass build?? Got me downloading Sims 4 for the first time in like a year! Great stuff!

Your builds are so amazing! So inspiring, how much effort you put into them, but my favourite things are your story lines, so brilliant and creative.

oh also Jessica, I've used stools under my desk for years. For the last 6 years I've had the GAMLEHULT rattan footstool under my desk. I put a blanket or pillow over it because it's not great directly on the skin but it's the perfect size/height for me and it looks gorgeous lol

A great alternative to that Discover University one is one of the doors from City Living- the main swatch doesn't show it but there are 4 swatches- all in the same wood tone- that have different simlish numbering on them so it looks like they have unit #'s on them! :)
