Finally we can have tiny homes as real rentals! I love these, and the fronts of each apartment are so cute ❤ Would you consider doing a pet-friendly apartment complex? I think a dog-lovers place would be so cool😊

You need to do a "just moved in" apartment. Could see it working really well in a similar format to this video! Would be fun for rags to riches gameplay.

Omg the moment I can get my hands on 4 Rent, I am downloading this build! I love playing in Komorebi, so these would be perfect.

The small interior rooms fit with the theme. Japanese apartments and Town homes tend to have verry small but also verry cozy interiors. AWESOME JOB. I love watching your videos and CarynandConnieGaming as well.

I wish they'd add a hotplate. A lot of studio apartments don't have a full stove like that, so something I can just set on the counter would be amazing for some additional variety.

Just guessing here, but since "Tiny Home" and "Residential Rental" are both lot types, I don't think you can have them both at the same time. Like how you couldn't, say, have a lot be both a Pool and a Nightclub. You could build a Nightclub with a pool, or a Pool that had a bar, but it would only functionally be one of those things in-game.

@@Sours56 I think you are completely right, I also saw it in someone's gameplay by now. Quite disappointed by this. Those lot types unfortunately limit the gameplay so hard....

how do you free place the clutter on desk/table like that? when I do it with moveobjects on and try to hover it in the spot a surface used to be, it just slots on the floor instead

Can I request some houses that don't use kits? There's a lot of people that don't have kits. I'm one of them.

I really feel sorry for the kids in most Sims builder's squished homes, they always give the parents a much more reasonable sized room than the kids. In reality kids are very often told to go to their rooms, or to play in their room but parents only spend time in there at night, asleep. If I had to share that tiny room with a sibling I would have mental issues before I knew how to walk.

Dang, now that you've said that, i just realized that that's true.. I just realized that my sims kids have bigger bedrooms than the parents. I dunno, there's so many things i wanna include in the kids room.. they're supposed to play, right? But not so many things sims kids can do in the game, unless if we own many packs.. But in reality, it's difficult to have big rooms. Economy nowadays sucks.. And maybe kids play outside too..

off topic but i wish you could push chairs under the tables like irl cause it bugs me the chairs being so far away from the tables:)

The study/small bedroom in the show house kinda bothered me. I feel like it could work if the desk and the bed swapped positions since it’d be a pain having a chair right next to the door and the window could act as natural lighting for the desk. Sorry if that’s really nit-picky but it’s my only gripe and the overall execution and design of these tiny homes is absolutely gorgeous and lovely. You did such an amazing job and have such a great design sense.

Only this is what Americans in Japan would decorate like lol

"The Sims 4 Get rent" is actually a better name a much better name than The Sims 4 for rent".

3 packs that have "Get" in the beginning. "Get to Rent," sounds kinda awkward, also I had to go back and look at all the pack names. 2018 was "Get Famous," which was the last one. When I get the expansion I'm using that tiger plushie in every build even if they don't have kids (I collect plushies and I'm an adult).Waiting for the Freezer bunny plushie to come back. I wanted to use you're code when I purchase the pack. Are you part of that program as well?

in my personal opinion the must haves for ep-s are seasons, growing together, and city living. if you like pets, my recommendation would be cottage living and cats & dogs and lastly if you are more of a builder get together and snowy escape are my favs

I'd guess it's maybe a 12 inches deep?

Ohh does that mean that sims don't bring their own furniture?? Like when you move in the game you have the option of bringing your furniture

There are showers in the bathrooms.

Its just so disappointing that to visit the neighbors theres also a loading screen… like its insane

Only thing that bugged me was that all couches were at rhe same wall in the livingroom. It would have been more realistic if one of them would have it on the other side of the wall

The wedding certificate DID come with the wedding pack - the birth certificate came with Growing Together.
