First time driving this car at MSRH but didn't do half bad. This was the fastest lap of the weekend for TT5. This is faster than I drove the 981 GT4 first time I ever drove here.
I still don't understand optimal line through Diamond's Edge. Any tips from MSRH experts? Definitely messed up Bus Stop. Still think there's at least a second, best optimal ended up being a 1:44.1. I'll get it next time!

No, you pretty much nailed the optimal line through diamond's edge
Nice lap! Only 1 second off my time in the Cayman GTS 4.0 and I have a lot more power 😅. By no means a MSR expert but I like your diamonds edge line, very similar to mine. I've found that tight line to be faster.

Everything looks pretty dang good except for entry and mid corner of carousel. You need to apex at the left curbing with you min speed happening there, then get back on throttle (more than you think) while trying to stay as inside as possible. You definitely would have had at least a mid 1:44 if you could hit carousel a little better. Nice lap though!

Thank you! Some people were telling me to straddle that left curbing. The wall makes me extra cautious in general there.

@@Track4ddict definitely straddle the left curbing if you can (my car is too low)... helps get you pointing away from that scary wall!

@@C7ZR1 Awesome, thank you for the tips. I think I can get to a high 43 next time. My diff was not happy most of the time, so with some upgrades it should be doable I think.

@@Track4ddict That curb will hook your left front tire and pull you around nicely. Provided someone didn't knock a cone there which usually happens 😂 It opens up that complex so much.
