MSI GP73 Leopard 8RF 17inch How To Complete Take Apart Full Disassembly Nothing Left

Hi!
No music. No talking. Just work.
If you are taking your MSI GP73 Leopard 8RF laptop apart be careful and wear an anti-static wrist band or use other anti-static device. If you need to change a LCD usually you don't have to take screen out of a laptop. You can leave it on a laptop and watch the last part of the video where I am taking LCD apart. If you need to change a keyboard, you don't have to take all bottom screws out. There are usually some marks, like a keyboard picture, on a case bottom. If you need to put a laptop back to work be aware of screws. They are different and you better remember or mark them somehow to insure that you will put them back in to a right place.
Some laptops I take apart first time, so don't be serious on my time and performance.
If something got broken - ooops, it's your fault.
Believe me, some parts in your laptop are already broken, you just don't see that.
Have fun and good luck!!

Do you remember which components are installed in the system? I'm thinking about upgrading the RAM and storage but I'm not sure what's already installed. The website states that the system can support up to 32GB of RAM with two slots that can handle either 2400MHz or 2666MHz. What type of RAM is currently installed? As for the storage, there's a 1TB HDD and a 250GB SSD installed. The website mentions: "1x M.2 SSD slot (NVMe PCIe Gen3)" "1x M.2 SSD Combo slot (NVMe PCIe Gen3 / SATA)" "1x 2.5" SATA HDD" Does this mean I can add another drive? Or are these the ones already installed? Thanks in advance for your awesome video!

Hello, thank you for the nice words! If you rewatch this video, check how many memory slots available. If two slots - you need two sticks 16gb each. Unless you already have it. I think you should be able to find your CPU specs in Windows or in BIOS... Need to Google something like "get PC memory specs in Windows". Something like that. If it says you have 2 name slots and one sata that's great and once you know ( should be visible in BIOS ) what drives you have - you can plan for upgrade. Cheers!

I just had mine open recently. There are 2 pci m2 ports for 2 ssds and a single 2.5 sata port (I use for storage drive) There are 2 ram slots and the CPU can support up to 3200 mhz same as shown here.
