On the Virtuosa there is what they call a Smoking/Cigar room next to the adult only Sky Lounge on deck 18.
You can smoke in the casino in the evenings and also on the pool deck on one side, also there is a small smoking area out of the way towards the back/side of the ship outside "Carousel". They have a couple of plastic chairs and sofa out on deck 7.
Also on the very back of the ship at the Horizon pool bar they have a large area for smokers and vapers too.
