The Two Bears loved your video! We went on the MSC Meraviglia and did a review on our channel. We love your honesty and the two bears were nodding like two bobble heads the entire time. We agree 100% about boarding and safety drill. The 2 hour boarding as well as just getting off the ship was uncalled for. We have subscribed and look forward to your future videos. Enjoy Randy and Jonathan! It’s a BEAUTIFUL ship and I think experiences can only be improved when we know what to expect. I am going on the Prima next week which is probably the most controversial NCL ship (aside from the Epic). I still can’t wait to experience the new design myself. Happy cruising!

Doing homework before going on the ship to avoid these pit falls. Suggestions do Pre pay the hotel service before boarding. Do Yacht Club next time so you by pass the long line of disembarkation.

It’s always hard for me to justify Yacht Club when it’s over double the cost however it is much less than the Haven on NCL so I’m considering because so many say it’s a game changer on MSC. Is it really better than taking 2 or 3 cruises?

The food was really rough but I heard they were working diligently on improvements. The buffet was a great “if all else fails” option. It may be worth purchasing a dining package for a few specialty restaurants. MSC sells them in advance quite reasonably. Happy cruising!

Are they offer just free coffee in buffet? Is latte available for free at buffet

Specialty coffee is available on the different drink packages.

Coffee is free at the buffet. Specialty coffees are included with the easy plus drink package at the bars. I have seen espresso machines at the buffet and assume they would be free since they’re sitting out but did not witness anyone using them.
