Hello, Can anyone be kind enough to explain the difference between DNB post diplomate program, DNB superspecialty program and the final 3 years of the 6 year DNB direct program..... Are they all structured the same? Are they all after 3 years of DNB? What is the difference? Thanx

Sir I've got a rank of 5.8k, would you suggest me to go for 6 year DNB Plastic surgery, from an institute like Gangaram or Apollo? Given that I might get General Surgery from Allahabad or Meerut in my state UP Confused on pursuing DNB since this is not a usual path people at my rank follow, also that you said they treat us like cheap labour, what do you think sir?
