Hi, In my thought, I will a few excercise. Also, I think that helps for increasing my exercise is to walk around the mountain or to eat foods regularly and sufficiently.

Thank you for posting the video. I am no longer able to walk. I use a wheelchair to get around. On days that I Uber to pick up my son from school I’ll have the driver drop me off on the other side of our apt property. I’ll wheel myself back home to get some exercise. There is a ramp up to my door that I preached getting up it alone and getting myself in and out the front door. I feel like I need to practice doing things getting in and out of the shower, getting the trash ready for my son to take out, moving things within reach pots/pans and cat supplies so I can be more independent.

I’m in a similar position. In the morning, I try to get the boys outside while I sit in front of a fan with ice water and watch them from our garage while doing “Ella’s wheelchair workouts” she’s on KZread and I really like herm. She includes a warm-up and cool down.

And I completely agree with the initiative of finding a physical activity that brings pleasure. It helps a lot with self-esteem and combating depression. When I finish my long running training sessions, I remember that I am still capable of many extraordinary things like running 20km a week. something many people without MS don't do

I do eat whole food plant based, but I don’t do as many smoothies as she recommends. I hear ya on the emotions and healing. Seeing my therapist regularly and doing daily mindfulness are key parts of me living well with my MS. Those stress hormones really get in the way of health and healing.
