Nooooooooooo you just put the raw meat juice on the cooked steak. Honey you are going to get sick 😢 Dump the raw meat liquids and use fresh seasoning. That’s cross contamination. Stick with cast iron or stainless steel. Stainless steel does require a little skill on how to cook with it in order for it to be non-stick. Those coated pans are horrible and each time you use a metal utensil you are scrapping those chemicals into your food. I can see the fork mark scratches. Guess where it is now. In that lovely steak. 🥩 Yes clean the mushrooms but you forgot the peppers and onions. I grow food always clean food but definitely things that literally grown under the ground like onions, carrots, potatoes and other ‘root’ vegetables. PS. The government already adds enough sugar dont add the sugar to the onions buy sweet onion varieties dear.

Anything acidic acts as a tenderizer. Be more overwhelmed by the cross contamination. She never cleaned the onions, peppers and poured raw juice meat on the cooked steak. Hopefully the alcohol and oven heat killed it off.

To tenderize meat use a 325 or 350 oven temperature not 400. Also a meat tenderize season. Cover tightly with foil.

Somebody is going to sick 🤒 you just pour that meat you had that raw meat juice over that meat that already done 🤢🤮🤮
