Ms.Netta those are my absolute favorite sweet potato’s!! You know they come in the purple skin, and they are very yellow inside, then the yellow skin which is what you have there!! Those are the sweetest of all the sweet potato’s Ms. Netta!! Whenever I cook those up I don’t need any butter or anything with them. I can eat them with the skin on and everything. I think you will really enjoy them. Just give them a chance.

You probably like the starchiness of the yam but the taste is almost similar to the sweet potato. It is hard to tell when people mix other ingredients in their s. potato/ yam. But I would never use a yam to make a sweet potato pie. You would need to use way more ingredients in the pie to get the taste on point.

White potatoes provide more potassium, whereas sweet potatoes are incredibly high in vitamin A.
