I purchased the pouches from gastro gnome. Right now I am eating the bison chorizo hash. Yesterday they came out with a biscuits and maple sausage gravy. I did a pre-order on that one. If you want to do yourself a favor, buy this. This bison chorizo hash with tomatillo salsa is honestly the best freeze-dried entree I have eaten and I have purchased from almost every freeze dried company. This only takes 8 oz of water and constitutes in approximately 10 minutes though I did give it 15 just because I normally let mine sit longer than the instructions say. It may not have the 30 shelf life of mountain house but it's taste is awesome. Check out their other flavors.
