Despite having busy schedule, he is keen to understand other minerals/ metals like bauxite, alumina and aluminium industry. He is exercise freak, highly disciplined and motivated. Very tough and sturdy man, I had an occasion to listen to his meeting discussions in vidhana/vikasa soudha meeting with regard to development of bellary-sandur-vidyanagar in infrastructure development department somewhere in 2003-04, bravo he hesitated to sign the meeting attendance by asking what for he has to sign it! Hats off to his endeavour and transformation of JSW, Vidyanagar, bellary-sandur-vidyanagar district from scratch and abysmal stage left by Mukund steel. Thanks for upload
