Why do I, a grown man always cry when I hear Elder Anderson testify? It's beyond emotion. It's the spirit.

Lucy Mack Smith said of Emma "I have never seen a woman in my life who would endure every species of fatigue and hardship from month to month and from year to year with that unflinching courage, zeal, and patience which she ever has done."

8:45 pm mdt... Thank you for this message! I, too, love Emma and am grateful for her strong spirit to carry her through all her heavy trials! She is an elect Lady and I'm certain stands at Joseph side this day... having proved herself over and over! Karl Anderson... you have been a friend for a long time... even though you barely know me, I remember you and love your son Joel and family! Thank you for sharing your knowledge and your research! May Father forever bless you and your dear family! 💜

Beautifully stated. I'm so grateful to her for suffering as much as Joseph. No matter her stance on plural marriage, her love & loyalty to Christ & Joseph cannot.be overstated. She paid dearly for her beliefs. Thank you Brother Kirtland! Your testimony is so appreciated & your family's history must be wonderful to know! Have you written any books or articles? I'd love to buy any! Thank you! And God bless you & yours & the Mighty work before us! ❤ Amy Corbett

Please identify Dr. Karl Anderson as the "Mr Kirkland" in the title of this video. That is an honorary title given to his 40 years of expertise on the LDS period of Kirkland's history.

At the end of the day, Emma left the Church and will be accountable for that just the same as any of us who would leave the Church.

Joseph Smith’s translation of that verse was to judge using righteous judgement. We, of all people, should use his inspired translation.

Joseph accused Emma of attempting to poison him twice before witnesses later. He said he knew where she got the poison and from whom. He called her the most wickedest woman who ever lived.
