Greatest Rock n Roll bass player that ever lived!

Well Billy; I've been listening to Mr Big for over 30 years (and Tallas, and D.L.R etc)... and you my friend along with Jaco, John Patitucci, Larry Graham, Nathan East and Les Claypool are the sole reason why I, being 13 years old, wanted to become and became a pro-bassman myself. Went to jazz school, but never ever stopped listening to your fabulous playing which I totally admire and love up today and keep rockin still, all these years later. Thanks for everything maestro! Have a good one, always!

Great musician, an even greater person. I remember going to one of his bass clinics here in the Philippines with my late brother. He noticed my brother not feeling fine as he signed his autograph for him, he called my brother back and gave him his signature pick. My late brother then glued that pick to his bass guitar. For sure it was one of my brother's best experiences when he was alive. Thanks Billy!
