MPC ONE PLUS ANY GOOD FOR RECORDING VOCALS?

This was my first attempt at recording vocals on the MPC One Plus. Is it any good for recording vocals? Listen and tell me. I'll make an entire track, with my Fender Jazz Bass, Gibson Les Paul, ART Voice Channel Tube Preamp, and the MPC ONE +. The mic I use is the AKG D5.

For such a raw take that turned out great. I’m really impressed with the MPC’s ability to record vocals.

Me too! I put no energy into it, and wasn’t in proper position to the mic. Still gonna redo the vocal. But, only for the definition I can get from my Avantone CV12.
Another excellent session. I dig how effortlessly you drop these great bass lines. With the effects in place, it sounds very Psychedelic Furs inspired (President Gas maybe?). The vocals sounded good.

De-noisers have gotten SO good that you can get pretty much "pro" audio, even with a condenser mic, in a relatively noisy room. I've had success with the Izotope RX de-noiser but I hear that Waves Clarity VX (pro) is also stellar. (Along with the Goyo/Supertone Clear.)

Yes they have! I have RX. But I rarely even use it. Especially with the gate on the Voice Channel. Technology!!!
