Non-Malay MPs have in the past spoken up but it is easy for Malay MPs to return the backlash. Remember the slogan “Apa lagi Cina mahu”? However, for a Malay MP to speak up for non-Malays, that’s powerful. How I wish Mahathir was like this during his long tenure as PM. Unfortunately he made used of the racial tension and Malay supremacy tactics for selfish reason. The question all Malaysians should ask is this: do you wish for a Malaysian Malaysia or a ‘ketuanan Melayu Malaysia’ with non-Malays as 2nd class citizens? It is easy for Chinese, Indians and others to say equal rights for all Malaysians. It is not easy for someone with Bumiputra privileges to say I choose Malaysian Malaysia.

He's talking only about budget. We could stretch that to many other allocations : places in pre university matriculation, jobs in government, government tenders...to mention a few. And that's not to mention requirement for 51% Bumiputera shareholding in freight forwarding companies. The affirmative actions, the New Economic Policy, of helping the Bumiputeras were supposed to be for only 30 years from 1970 but they are continuing indefinitely in one form or another. And do the majority of Bumiputeras really benefit from those actions, or just a crony minority? By the way I am Malay like this MP, and my conscience tells me lot of things are wrong here.

Higher property and visa taxes should have been imposed on migrants long time ago for occupying the Malay reserve land which is now left 12% only so as to emulate small countries of Qatar, UAE, and Kuwait whose pribumis become wealthy unlike the pribumis of Pak Pandir modern menang sorak kampung tergadai.

What the short-sighted politician failed to see is these incentives have created Malays who grown up relying on getting the easy money from the government, instead of competing with their own capability. It is with no doubt, though unfair, the lack of incentive to other races has the unintended effect of making them more competitive domestically and globally, helping them to grow their share of prosperity pies in Malaysia based on their own capability. NEP has failed over the past 50 years, continue on its failed course will only cause further sustained damage to the Malay competitiveness.

Jika inilah yang sebenarnya kenyataan yang beliau luahkan, maka jelaslah bahawa kerajaan Perikatan Nasional telah dengan terang dan nyata berretorik yang kononya kerajaan pimpinan ISMAIL ini adalah kepimpinan yang mengutamakan kaum bumiputra,sedangkan keadaan yang dialami olih majoriti kaum bumiputra adalah sebaliknya. Selain menyalahgunakan akta,perlembagaan,menderhakai baginda YDPA,kini kementerian kewangan dibawah kepimpinan ISMAIL telah memberi kenyataan membangkitkan ketegangan kaum melalui pengumuman Tengku Zafrul bahawa bangsa lain selain MELAYU hanya berhak sebanyak 3%sahaja daripada keseluruhan peruntukan. Apa ni MAIL janganlah begitu,jangan lah memingirkan peruntukan yang jurangnya terlalu jauh yang bolih menimbulkan persoalan kepada bangsa CINA dan INDIA untuk berangapan yang mereka telah dianaktirikan didalam pembentangan budget kali ini ! Sedarlah bahawa kenyataan ini dianggap berbahaya kepada suasana keharmonian. Ta perlulah cerita berkaitan kebergantungan orang melayu sendiri kepada KWSP,PPRT,IKS dan sebagainya. Begitulah kepada bangsa CHINA dan INDIA,mereka pun ada yang terdiri daripada gulungan seperti bumiputra MELAYU yang mengharapkan bantuan selain subsidi. Patut lebih ramai lagi MP Melayu Islam yang berfikiran rasional seperti ini supaya keadilan ditegakkan di negara Malaysia kerana kaum lain pun rakyat Malaysia juga dan berhak untuk dapatkan peruntukkan sama rata dan adil untuk semua rakyat Malaysia sebagai keluarga Malaysia yang sebenarnya. Patut budget Belanjawan 2022 ini di tolak dan dikaji semula dan budget 2022 yang baru dan lebih menyeluruh untuk semua terutama peruntukkan yang lebih dan adil kepada Sabah dan Sarawak yang jauh mundur dari segi pembangunan infrastructure dan kemudahan awam berbanding Semenanjung Malaysia ini. Budget kerajaan sepatutnya budget seimbang bukan budget defisit seperti selalu dibentangkan iaitu jumlah pendapatan sama dengan apa yang dibelanjakan iaitu budget seimbang bukan terpaksa memimjam atau berhutang untuk berbelanja dan hutang mesti dibayar dan negara akan terus menanggung hutang yang banyak hingga lebih daripada satu Trillion ringgit Malaysia jumlahnya dan akan meningkat lagi berterusan tahun demi tahun dan siapa yang akan bayar hutang ini di masa akan datang Wallahuwa'lam.

Ini la pemimpin yg kena tabik. Fikir masalah semua lapisan org. berhati mulia.
