A bit late but... :) Its a STRING SOLO taken from a traditional folk song of russian Gypsys. Quite known in eastern Europe. Its like a solo part, but a kinda integral part of the song and on youtube its rather hard to find but I found it here

This is a popular polish song from 60's "Dzisiaj, jutro, zawsze" sung by B. Łazuka. Today, tomorrow, always I'm going to annoy you... Its about come-ons, flirting in humorous way.

Sorry for the reaction time, but I'm pretty sure they were're reffering to this polish song kzread.info/dash/bejne/hIaay8adhJiTkbA.html 1:25. The author is known for his references in music, so it's probalby not the original, bur them being polish for sure notices this song as a referencce.

@Got Kowal thanks to be worried about me. I'm sorry but Mozart group plays well sometimes it's poetic but not funny... Main scenes have the same plan: 98% on time sat first violin begin after it's second violin then viola and finally cello... Watch Quatuor duel Pagagnini it's not the same at all
