Ойын-сауық
Today I'm topdressing my lawn with the Eco 250. This machine makes it so easy to topdress the lawn and keep it nice and level!

Bro, Ben’s grass is the most important thing in my life right now
this man out here picking up duck shit with his bare hands
I absolutely love the JD Greens mowers. Their like the Mercedes of Greens mowers !!
That Eco topdresser is the ducks nuts. I need one in my life
Yessssss! I love ur videos I was just flicking through KZread bored as hell until I got a Notification that lawn tips posted
Your Dr Seuss "lumps and bumps for the first 12 months," haha
Wow pard it's going your way nice!
Here's an idea, I assume that the top dresser has driven wheels? Why not get a tennis court bag (for smoothing out clay tennis courts, basically a lawn level) and fix it to the back behind you, that way you could level and top dress in one go!
Maaan, that is looking pure af!
DUDE look at those edges!!! this green is looking so so nice. That broadcast duster thing looks really cool from the overhead shots, it really makes the slope pop out on camera.
I can confirm this is a certified lawn tips classic 👍
Dam that top dresser is sick. Need 1 of those for my spring customers. Looking good mate.
I use a little Ryobi electric mower with catcher to pick up the turds of my green
Loving the journey with you Ben, your dedication is infectious. What a difference the John deer and top dresser make (kind of those guys to lend it to you) .Your right you dont want to end up like Quasimodo at such a young age LOL.

We think alike, but I'm not as professional as you, LOL. how are you doing these days?
How good to see the JD out and the new spreader
Awesome stuff. Love that topdresser, always looks so good when ever I see them
Looking so pure Ben. Loving the updates keep them coming.
These videos are so interesting! Amazing you’ve created this!!
The chuckle is back! 00:50
Looks awesome
When are you thinking about starting the fairway and tee boxes? It's looking really good now dude 👌
So good Ben Sims. 👌👌👌
Shiet that’s so nice dude! Should be bloody proud man. Big ups bro. 🤙
Wish those eco's were available for hire in WA.
Someones excited.. you could tell it in the way he said lawn tip vid 😊😊
Such sick content ❤
Looking good Ben, just looking at your turn technique disengaging the clutch. Its much easier to throttle down coming to your turn using the big red throttle lever, pretty sure its design is for that reason anyhow that's how i use mine also the Reel cut rate is matched to the speed you are traveling Cheers Chris.
Looks great Ben.

Looks really good Ben! Luckily my season in Denmark is about to get going. You need a drag mat instead of the lawn level 🙂
Awesome video
Need to get a Stimpmeter, what would you guess it’s rolling at? Looking good
Green is lloking awsome how's those edges filling in good 👌
Random idea I’d love for you to consider. A zoysia grass trap somewhere on the course, that you don’t mow ever, I’m not sure which course I’ve seen it on but it would a great feature!
Hey mate bloody awesome videos any chance you can roll a ball at the end of each video maybe have a little putt haha, like you did a while back so we can see the roll improving 💪😜🤙
Looks great! How the kikuyu patch going near the house?
What do you do with your grass clippings? Mulch or compost or just dispose?
Mint 👌
Looking so good! Is HP going to set you up with a groomer? Or can you just verticutter when you need to in the future?
Awesome Ben! To what extent do you rely on the roller on the mower to further level the sand after a dusting and to keep it smooth after that?
I'm curious to know how often you're overseeding. I'm trying to repair my lawn, there are a few very bald spots, and have just done an overseed with perennial rye. I'm wary of applying more seed before the existing has had a chance to settle in. Is 4-5 weeks too early to hit the bad areas with more seed?
Livin' the dream of a lot of golfers haha
Looks great mate, How do you control rabbit damage?
Your roller setup between the Toro and Deere WBGM might be the difference in how much grass you are able to cut. A more "aggressive" roller has more weight and less surface area in contact with ground, making it sink further into the turf.
I’ve just seeded my back garden green with bent in the UK. As it germinates it creates puffy mounds as it grows unevenly. I know you struggled rolling yours perhaps prematurely, if I’m in no rush should I just it wait it out with both rolling and the first cut?
U need to train Schnitty to chase off the ducks.
Hi mate - Is Apparent Ravage going to do the same job on those weeds without affecting my Canberra Blend?
Went from a pipe dream construction site, to a damn golf course so fast...
Need to go duck hunting 🦆
Do you count steps, would love to hear what a mow or day is worth on this thing.
Hey if you don’t mind me asking , what camera and mic do you use?
I believe it time to putt some golf balls
The Golf course will be ready next year ??? 😁
How’s the Kyk going? Been a minute since we’ve had an update.
I have 50 sqm mtrs of Zoysia Zeon. I wish I had 500 sqm mtrs so I could justify getting some of these CRAZY tools. Actually, I think looking after my 50 mtrs is just as challenging if not more so that 500 mtrs. Thoughts?
Hey mate I have a quick question for you… is the Bent Grass a winter growing grass? I’m about 2 weeks away from being to seed my backyard and I’m wanting a green out the back. I’m down in southern Victoria.

Use rye grass not bent grass unless you want another full time job
If you want to detract the ducks get an Cat Deterrent Decoy metal cutout.
Love your videos Ben! So does top dressing by itself thicken up lawns?
@LawnTips
Жыл бұрын
Depends on the grass type. If it’s a creeping grass type then yes. Will help promote spreading 👌🏽

@@LawnTips makes sense. How about on your nice ryegrass around the green? Would it thicken that up too just by putting it down?
How's the kikuyu as we head through automn?
Looking good! My jd 260sl has a groomer on it. Why doesnt your has that? Better without groomer?
@CarolinaCoalition

Groomer is a kit you can order. It doesn't come in the base model. He may opt to not have one because he opts to verticut instead.
I'm no greens keeper. But to save going around with the level take, could you chain a level mat behind you and tow it while topdressing.?
@LawnTips
Жыл бұрын
I could for sure. Need a level mat first 😉
I never wana see that Kikuyu out the front again 😂
great video as usual, you going to LIV golf?

1st Lvoe the videos mate
Have you tried eating duck? It's really nice, actually 😏
Invest in a stuffed dingo mate
Then sell the JD... Where's that video ? Or are you an authorized mechanic?
Hit those ducks with some bird shot from a shotgun for 2 or 3 days in a row. They will quickly vacate the area.
