Used to live near here. Just be forewarned, It does get very wet and often floods in this area. Be safe.

In fairness, flood zones are noted on the FEMA map. I don't think it's that bad!

Is there a new town in Tennessee surrounded with green nature and lake or rivers ? I am from Los Angeles and interested to move. Never been there but watched few videos and so far I loved the nature there

Not a ton of lakes around spring hill area but a LOT of rivers and creeks. Lot of kayaking if you like to do that.

How far is thus from franklin? Would you say this is a more 'rural' area than Franklin?

It’s about 20 minutes south of Franklin! I wouldn’t say it’s more rural, but it’s a much smaller town with lots of surrounding farmland!

$450,000 median home prices doesn’t sound that affordable to me. And I’m not young, long successful career, and also from California. How do young families afford this.

No town here in Spring Hill and it’s so congested and so much traffic. No main st or in town! More congested than Chicago area. Rows of townhouses and subdivisions, southern Illinois was more rural and country with people riding tractors around and hunting.

And construction everywhere, even if you get off on Port Royal, traffic there is awful most people cut through the Kroger parking lot and go all the way down to the liquor store and beg someone to let them out!
