Washington State is the best state but Seattle is a dump and it's white, native-born populace a dumpster fire. One can only hope that with enough tech imports and the net-positive that is Mike Chen the city can right itself. Source: White dude who lived in Seattle for years.

He's working really hard on it still, he wants actually good hot oil. Many of his trips to Asian nations have been to find the best hot oils he can.

In his live stream blog (there are 2 uploaded) he explains he is still working on his hot oil but now may have to find a U.S. manufacturer instead of the overseas one due to shipping/FDA regulations. Fingers crossed things finally pay off for all his hard work.
