I think aki perspective is based on rent prices in tokyo. Central location wise he cant get under 100k yen which around rm4k +

ikr. Japanese speaker in Malaysia can earn more than 10K per month, so I think he earn more than that. 4K is just nothing for them. Plus their working VISA is set min 5K as working in MY. I earn 4k only after 3 years working. haha

Finally aki is back!!!

I was just here last week as a weekend staycation, the room was cheaper through airbnb and it was super convenient to move around through Pavilion and the KLCC bridge!

Hi Aki, at 1st, I thought you house on top of Pavilion either Pavilion Elite or Pavilion Tower but after I saw your bathroom, then I know where it is 😂. You hit very good deal since you stay at golden triangle area.

The bathroom is my favorite part...

RM4000 per month with a place like that .. Very good deal!

Not surprised with the price coz the building is at Bukit Bintang. But now I'm interested with place. Feels like I'm going to suggest my parents to stay there for a night or two. Thank you for the suggestion 😊👍🏻

New house at pavilion is surely so expensive. But it is strategik place and close to shopping center.

Ara damansara - Bkt Bintang you can use LRT>MRT (you can change train at kl sentral or pasar seni) no jam, cheaper and fastest to reach your destination.. That's how we Malaysian transport our self to work on daily basis 🤣

Pavilion Residence if not mistaken. Right on top of /across Pavillion Bukit Bintang the mall. But I work around this area... I get bored easily. I prefer the small shops at the back alley or old buildings around Pavilion for food.

aki hibara because bukit bintang, jalan ampang, jalan sultan ismail is one of the fastest growing areas in kuala lumpur and there are many buildings with luxurious circumambulation and also the economic center in kuala lumpur.

While my rent here in KL is RM1.4k monthly only, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. I got it cheaper than other tenants because the landlord is my sister's friend. I got KL tower view in my living room. And the location is so close to LRT the public transport, only 5mins walk. I love live in the centre of KL. So close to everything.
