Great channel! I used to live in Jupiter but in Port St Lucie now. I'm a mortgage broker, and I have a mortgage channel, and I tell my Realtor friends to make their own. So happy you took the KZread plunge! Great outdoor shots. Just using a smart phone gimble?

What kind of relocation help do you provide, and do you deal with rentals and apartments or just sales?

Hi Collin, I am a resource for my clients relocating here. I've had requests from school rating areas, to immigrantion lawyers to commercial space for transferring a business. It all depends😊. most of what I do is residential sales, but I do help my buyers find rentals when needed👍

My parents is moving here from Toronto, is mainly my father looking to retire there. It is nice I guess, but just doesn't feel home.

jupiter is beautiful but this real estate is tacky as hell!
