Super video! My husband and I live in Palm Beach Gardens in Evergrene. Although a stone’s throw or bike ride from Michael Jordan’s home at The Bears Club (my husband’s firm built the golf club), it’s much more affordable and it has a wonderful family atmosphere! We’re so happy to be in this wonderful place and enjoy the vibe of the area. Jack Nicklaus is an incredible philanthropist. I’ve met him many times. He truly cares about others and making a difference. Thanks again for the video. You should get some listings in Evergrene.

I have had listings in Evergrene and had a home in there for a while. I have many freinds in there and now new one. Thank you for your comments, I really appreciate it. You will be seeing more videos this year around our neck of the woods so keep watching.

Nice video Lee. I have never heard of Jack Nickalus being considered or referred to as a Jupiter resident in the 35+ years I have been living and golfing in Jupiter. He is a North Palm Beach resident. Always has been. He lives on Little Lake Worth. Not the intracoastal. Also the driveway you showed was not Just Thomas's. I believe that is Ricky Fowlers who lives down the street. Justin's house is on the corner. You can see it very clearly from the street. Also JT's father and grandfather were both PGA pro's so I'm not so sure he had any affordability issues. Keep up the good work. I enjoy your videos.

Just stumbled onto your video, I have a condo at Jupiter Bay, Rt. 1 and Indiantown Rd. It is a real nice town, was just there for two weeks in late July early August, very hot and steamy! I'm usually there in the winter where I believe south Florida has the best weather in the country!

Two possible additions: Country music star Alan Jackson, who has made several music videos at The Square Grouper, and (possibly) singer Celine Dion. I've been told they both have homes on Jupiter Island.

Yes, I used to run into Alan Jackson at the Grouper when he lived here and once he just jumped on stage and started playing. But both of them have sinced moved.

First, Thank you for your comment. Your correct, I have lived here 35 years and one of my dear friends ran the Celebrity Players Golf Tour, so I know many of them personally, so I have seen celebrities come and go, but a lot of them have moved. 60% of the PGA tour live in Jupiter, Gardens, Tequesta or Juno. My wife teaches many of their kids. Ahmad Rashad also used to live in Jupiter. He used to come to my Cigar Bar, and I played golf with him a few times. He is in Palm Beach now. My friends and I used to run into Alan Jackson at the Square Grouper, He would pull his guitar out and play every now and then. The Grouper is where he filmed 5 o’clock Somewhere. Made it famous. He sold his home on Jupiter Island and moved. His yacht the Neon Rainbow sat at the Marina. I believe that Johnny moved, Greg is in Palm Beach, Celine moved. I run into the Trumps time to time in Publix. Mostly Laura and the kids. She is awesome. As far as Tyler goes. It’s funny you bring him up. You’re the only one. I started to put a tribute in the video of Andrea, his mom. She is the real Celebrity of Jupiter. She was like a sister to me for 15 years. She died on the day my son graduated the police academy. Austin the middle son and my son were at FSU in ROTC together. Austin is 101 Airborne Rangers as a Second Lieutenant. Ryan is at FAU with my daughter. He is a free safety on the football team. Andrea raised all three of those boys herself and was always available for any of her friends. She was having so much fun going to all the events with Tylor. It’s such a tragedy. Yes, Tyler's mom was like a sister to me. She was the real celebrity of Jupiter and a best friend to many Alan use to hang out at the Grooper all the time when he lived here. Neat guy

Wealthy people like to have their primary residence in FL because there is no state income tax. Also, their home is protected from chapter 7 bankruptcy, regardless of the equity value of the home (not including any mortgage on the property). Other states protect one's equity for their primary residence in bankruptcy, but only up to a certain value, but in FL there is no dollar limit.

Who was moving into the new construction next to Kid Rock. That was is now missing all of its backyard and Kid Rock is missing a little of his as well. What a mess does there right now. I wonder why they didn't have that shored up with rip rap all along the coast

In most cities, homeless shelters are well-funded, but there are often no city laws (and no government willingness) keeping people from living on the streets. Also, many homeless people are not willing to follow the rules of a homeless shelter, such as no drug or alcohol use. So, believe it or not, being homeless is often a choice made by homeless people.

Ive been here 35 years. Jupiter is considered the Jupiter area and Jupiter Island and Jupite Inlet Colony are considered Jupiter. Tiger is on the eborder of Hobe Sound and Jupiter on Jupiter Island
