Hallo Rico!that is so positive cause you explain all you experience in Cyprus.We live now with my family in Belgium,I live before in cyprus for 8 years!3 years I work in paphos and 5 in Limassol,that was the best time in my life,so now I have my own company (in construction)and now we decided after copple years to come back forever (I hope)Belgium is beautiful but sometimes we are depressed from the weather.We plan vacation for next summer in paphos maybe if you not so busy we can drink coffee to share little bit of information that is gonna be so cool. Thanks ,one more time for the videos Congrat Petar.

I just found out your channel since I'm thinking about to move to Cyprus but I wonder why u didn't share the name(s) of the places/websites u found the car and the insurance or the house for instance. Would be of great value for those like me who are really looking for an inside scoop of the particulars of moving to cyprus and live there. 🤗 Maybe there's a personal reason for why u didn't, and if it so, I respect that, of course but ultimately it's what we need the most from this type of content 🙃💛 new subscriber tho!

Hey! I have a video on my channel where I explain how to find the best property deals here in Cyprus. For cars, there will be a video soon. I'm a fan of buying new furniture, compared to second home furniture, just because it feels much better. But if you want second hand, then only go with FB marketplace or Bazaraki. Hope this helps! :)

Hey! :) The second apartment next to the lighthouse was 850€ + additional costs for water & electricity, which depends on how much you consume.

And the one we actually went with is just 450 + water & electricity. Couldn't say no to that :)

We have a place similar size and pay usually €50 per 3 months of water (using a washing machine and dishwasher regularly), electric is a bit harder to predict because in the summer aircon is on a lot and with covid we have both worked at home. €150-200 per 2 months is usually more than enough.

Not yet, but our landlord said if we need it in summer, he will install it. And for the winter we actually have a heating system. :)

Only at 13.16 did you share the first specific fact: that you were in Paphos. I had guessed that because I have lived in the Republic and in Northern Cyprus. Oterwise you didn't say where you were leaving from in Germany, or why you were going to Cyprus as distinct from one of the other Mediterranean islands. All you presented was a vague, impressionistic account which could have been about anywhere where palm trees grow. Thus I shall not be watching to the end or any more of your videos.
