The weather in TX can be extreme in Winter, and the traffic can be frustrating, sometimes. I have been there, but it was boring.

Washer and dryer we got both back in America,😂I’ve got the same in Europe ok.

One that cat box looks to small for those cats, you should have a box for each cat. Their food should not be that close to the box. Move it to the kitchen
