a persian style ( or horse blanket) threadbare rug and matching pillow would look great covering up the tear in the back

Orange decoration is amazing! You can dry apple the same way and use as a Christmas decorations. I did it once before. I decorated small natural christmas tree only with dry oranges, apples and small colourful wooden toys. It was so cool. And.... consider pls to do videos like at least twice a week. I love to watch yours 🧡💛💚

On that worn leather chair, I’d like to see the back , turn area covered with a faux Navaho like blanket, reminiscent of something you might see in a Sundance catalog or a Ralph Lauren room.

If you go back for the leather chair, consider deconstructing parts of it for a great look that would work well in your booth & someone's home. As an antique dealer, I am loving all the attention to your booth this vlogmas!

My sister and I had "elf" stockings since we were babies. Im looking at mine right now. Its a red fuzzy material with white trim at the top of the snapped opening, loops to hang with, and white pom poms at the tip of the toes. Like I said there is a snapped opening like old fashioned pajamas. Sooooo damn cute!!!!

Amanda, they make leather repair kits....used one on a car seat once....couldn't see the repair....was amazing. Don't remember which brand we used but Amazon has a bunch.

You are such a natural! My favorite "show" to watch.

I've done a few of those big armchairs before. I usually cover over the back with Hessian. I spray adhesive some wadding on the back of the Hessian, iron it then lift the little tacks round the edge of the back and tuck the edges of the Hessian into the gap for a nice finish and pop them back. Super simple 😊

The chair ... how about a rug covering the cushion ... lots of English countryhouses do that... now don't scoff ... glue a small rug across the bottom back to cover the rip ... the chair at an angle would look tidy& sleek-- a little different but cohesive . What do you think ?

I would wrap the back of the chair with antique rug or Kilim fabric! Maybe a tweed, plaid or houndstooth fabric!

Art is subjectif you either love art or hate it thats a fact its just like we all have one artist that we like or one style of art that we like I agree I think you should try to frame them maybe just a few 2or 4 and see where thay go from there so another great vlogmass just keep them coming happy Christmas from Scotland 😅😅

I don’t mind when customers leave items in my booth. I do get a little frustrated when the vendor across from me runs out of room and starts adding her items to my booth. 🤦‍♀️ I have enjoyed this vlog-mas.

Call the store and make an offer, if they say no then it wasn't meant to be but that idea of a cool back would make that chair not only sell well but for a much higher price plus that's an easy project. I like to call those Ralph Lauren chairs.
