As a Montrealer who left pretty much everything behind to move to Japan, I am quite empathetic to your situation in this video. That being said, in the video, you have not shown your bed. I want to tell you that your bed space has a lot of upper space that is not being used, so my solution was to DIY a bed that was 90cm high (essentially I used an IKEA Malm dresser as a side of the bed). That means I have a dresser + 90cm height of storage under the bed.

Moving is one of the most stressful event you can get through and apparently you managed all on your own. Kudos 👏

Hi i just watched this, and it was great. Next time you move, make up your bed first. Get out your PJs. Put your towel, soap, toothbrush etc out. THEN start to unpack everything else. That way you can have a nice shower and fall into a comfy bed after your hard work. ❤

the amount of things we do the same is so funny! when you showed how you packed ur glasses in the pack and was so happy thats lit me haha then the next scene you talked about getting pizza and putting the chilli flakes on .... i was sitting there eating pizza with chilli flakes lol i could feel your stress, so glad you found somewhere for the suitcases, and the wardrobe omg perhaps the little hanger is for dog clothes lol i was wondering if you can ask the land lord to take the sliding door out then it might give you more living room space / layout options or if it can move to the other side. also great Diy'ing!

You probably figured this out by now but for the jackets being too high You can buy a tension rod and use that instead to lower it to where you can reach. They’re like $10-$20 but renter friendly and no more step stool (:

How do you use all those products on your face? Just wondering coz I literally just use a night moisturiser and a sunblock 😊but heard that Korean skin care are really good.

Great video but please be careful placing items around the gas valve. If you need to shut off that valve in an emergency you will need to get to it. 😊

Oh I can see your confusion 😅 it’s bc in that moment it was frustrating situation to deal with in general and like I said in my video, one room studio apartments in Korea like this always lack storage space and it’s a common struggle. But when I viewed my apartment, I didn’t know that the boards were bolted in so I was surprised by that and then baffled at the design bc it isn’t functional or practical at all and plus the stress of moving is why I shared what I shared the way I did.

I think you have to much stuff....
