Moving From Job Seekers to Job Creators | Dennis Noa | TEDxUniversityofNamibia

As development in Namibia is continually gaining momentum there are a lot more opportunities for free thinking individuals who do not like the idea of working for someone else to grab. As a medical student and an entrepreneur Dennis encourages young Namibians to seek and find self-employment as the end goal of their professional career.
Dennis Iipumbu Noa is a 21 year old Namibian and a third year medical student at the University of Namibia School of Medicine and Pharmacy. Always willing to help those in need, he is a self-proclaimed motivational speaker, an ambitious gentleman with noteworthy talent. TEDxUniversityofNamibia will allow Dennis a platform to further encourage discussions.
This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at ted.com/tedx

Such a brilliant young man...but this Life we are living yoh! It's so uncertain. The obstacles on the way up to Soar it's TRUE tomorrow isn't promised to anyone...I pray that the Universe be kind to you and give you a second chance. Let every yolk of the enemy upon your life be broken ..but first your father holds a very important post that is linked to the outcry of the Namibian nation. He must repent of his sins...what is it for a man to gain the whole world and still loose his soul...I swear Iam not even perfect myself...God help us all.

Well done my dude, you were really brave , i was waiting at the end for the "how to be self employed " but instead of stating the question, you've been giving the answer all throughout the speech you believe you can be self employed, you are creative, educated and can find the NEED in your community and meet that need🙏🙏😂 well done

This young man has just opened up a window into to the future work/ownership force. What happens to the 99 percentile when half of them become owners? It’s not a matter of when, it’s a matter of How? Djoy employment is here.
