Great episode this week love the interaction with Harrison with the baby chicks something he will always remember. Hey I say start them early learning and and they will always retain the knowledge for the rest of there life. Something that might help you problem with the drive way go get you a bunch of Portland cement and pour all over the gravel and then take a rack and kind of scratch around and then spray it with water lightly and don’t put anything on it for a couple of days and it will harden up and make a strong solid base for you hope this helps I know it worked for me we call it a poor man’s drive way. Blake I feel so bad my husband has done all this kind of work for over 50yrs and land clearing plus getting foundations done ready for homes to be built and cut driveways, sidewalks, Builds Parking lots. He told me before you put anything down put Mirafi geotextile Filter Fabric then put your rock or whatever you’re going to put down. It’s for filtration. Once you put that down you won’t have to worry about it again. Anyway I messed up by not telling you sooner. Such a great learning experience for Harrison. He’s so so gentle. You did a great job with the chickens. As usual another great video! Your place is looking great. 😊

We ended up with 10 chicks of our own and then bought 8 (there were more, but some passed being transferred from Minnesota), so 18 total chicks 😀!

Yes. Mocha is still apart of the family. Sadly we got so many bad comments about her we were concerned about showing her anymore, but lately we decided we are going to start again and just ignore the negative dog comments. Thanks again for watching.

Just saw news alert there was a fatal crash Seward Hwy mile marker 75. If your family happens to be doing a Costco run, the road is going to be closed for several hours. Then many will be driving crazy to catch up on lost time. Stay safe if you're out.

There is a trash pick up option, but it's expensive, and the dump is free 😊. So glad you enjoyed the video and we are planning to work on the cabin later this Summer 😊!

your ground is nothing but clay and it hold water all the time and drive on it you sink and you will stuck so get some big grave and drive into the ground and grave a course layer and road chip and you might get it to later for a while
