I think why it works better is that the camera stays at ground level past a certain point which really helps to illustrate scale.

Hi, no I didn't model them all. Most are free models from various online sources, however I had to modify them to suit my needs and make materials. It was a lot more work than anticipated, I'll streamline the process for the next comparison video (which won't be about robots).

This source says 35 feet, based on Hasbro stickers and the Revenge DVD: michaelbaystransformers.fandom.com/wiki/Megatron Megatron is taller in the movies than Optimus Prime, so the height difference seems to make sense.
