By far the most underrated DreamWorks film of all time, and secretly one of the best. ❤ This is my go-to holiday film.

Would highly recommend the book series that Rise Of The Guardians is based on. Written by William Joyce.@@thiagoteixeira6537

I'm still sad that DreamWorks never made a sequel to this. It could've been a cool franchise.

I don’t think a sequel could work with this one

Never knew if DreamWorks confirmed this long standing theory, but a lot of people think Sofie and Jamie are Jack’s 5 times great grand niece and nephew. Jack saved his sister, so it is assumed she lived and had children. This theory is fueled by a couple different factors: the fact the first kid we see Jack interact with in present time is Jamie, who was seen playing by the lake that Jack presumably died in. Jack says “take me home” which means the town where Jamie is from is probably just the modern day version of Jack’s village. Jamie also looks a LOT like Jack’s sister. If you look at Jamie’s face, he’s literally her carbon copy: the face shape, hair and eye color, their freckles, even their teeth structure are similar! It would also make sense why Jack is inherently protective of Jamie, why he craves Jamie’s attention out of all the children. He instinctively knows they’re related, but could never place how until he saw his memories and remembered his sister.

It's confirmed the place where Jamie lives is the same as Jack in the past but the theory about him being a descendant of his sister wasn't confirmed but I still believe it's true

The mouse who appears during the teeth collect is who, us french, call " la petite souris " (the little mouse) and is the equivalent of the Tooth Fairy for us. About the man in the Moon, it's the MC of a french nursery rhyme and a book, the two call " Jean de la Lune "

It's a brilliant movie and so deserves a sequel. And that's from Tooth herself!

this movie is based on a book series called the guardians of childhood which explains the backstories of some of the characters like pitch, jack and the man in the moon in more detail. I haven't read them myself but from what I've heard the backstories aren't something you'd expect that's for sure. pitch actually did somewhat copy jacks powers, after he destroys jacks staff you can see blue particles in his powers matching jacks ice powers, its pretty easy to miss though, I've been watching this movie since it came out and didn't notice it till this year. this movies been one of my favs for a long time and it's always fun watching new people react to it. jack ended up being a part of a pretty wild crossover fandom on the internet a few years back called rise of the brave tangled dragons which was the combo of Disney's brave and tangled along with this and how to train your dragon lmao, it was pretty entertaining. anyway loved the reaction and can't wait for the next one.

Nicholas St. North was a Cossack bandit king who left the Cossacks because they did not have enough style or class. That is why he has the accent and fights with sabers.
