You might recieve strange looks from people, but movement exercises like these give you amazing benefits and pain relief. After months and months with strenght training, i replaced 60% of my strenght exercises with movement exercises and allthough im still not 100% healthy as i have chronic injuries, movement exercises have given me more benefits so i will continue to do so. This and yoga stretching is not getting enough praise, sadly.

Movement 20XX is a badass platform for what it stands for: building functional strength and learning amazing movement. That paired with correct nutritional advice should get you in shape too (there's some interesting advice on this on the Vahva Fitness blog and KZread channel). It's designed in such way that it empowers you with the tools to plan your routines according to your needs in the short and mid term. It's main elements focus on upper body (pushing and pulling) and squatting strength, all thoroughly assessed with mobility drills. Plus, active flexibility exercises for the lower body are provided (as are also some static strength exercises). Movement elements are well organized to facilitate isolated learning and flow examples are given as possible examples of integration. Plus, the material is updated and expanded every once in a while. For what it is, Movement 20XX is extremely affordable. To the Vahva Fitness team congratulations and thank you for the hard work.

You sir, have rediscovered the forgotten way how nature intended the human body should and could be able to move. And though we are living in an age of digital connectivity in 360 degrees, our own biological mobility became one dimensional. So kudos to you and your educational and prolific videos. More power to you. Count me in joining your platoon.

thanks for the teachings.Oss. I live in Brazil 1 km from the beach. My training consists of 6/7 km runs, stretching, Sprawls, double leg entries, and concepts of animal movements, some of which you practice., all of this in soft sand or dunes . I trained bjj for a long time, I started in 97, and I met Mestre Alvaro Romano from Natural Gymnastics. I am 57 years old, I do this training 3 times a week, and now with his teachings I intend to deepen myself and reap the benefits of this magnificent art, in which the body flows naturally.oss

I have a subscription to 20XX and specifically came to youtube to compliment you on all the new stuff. You continue to add to the value of your website. It was already great, now it's phenomenal. Static stretching always seemed boring to me. These movements give me something I actually want to work toward. You give me goals.THANK YOU!

Ofc its not capoeira but is a nice fitness workout which includes capoeira moves. I guess this kind of fitness has more future into a modern gym than a capoeira class session.

soul light. yes i purchased the course. and have made excellent progress. i haven't touched weights in the gym in 3 months and i feel stronger leaner faster than ever before. couldn't recommend it any higher. its progression based so once u master a progression you move on the next until you can do the toughest progression.
