Your honesty about these properties is very refreshing.

Being able to connect them added a lot of value. I was going to ask, but you said in the end. If I was to move to Italy I'd have to put up the kids and 5 grand kids when they came to visit, as they certainly would. They love Europe. Price was good , but at 75 I don't think I have a huge remodel project in me at the speed Italians work. I'd probably die before they finished. but that was a good house to show.

Actually they move faster than you think, slow Italian workers is a stereotype. Check out how fast our friends did their project: kzread.info/dash/bejne/dXiO0K-JlJbdiaQ.html go for it. We did our main house in six months and the rest in 3 years time and it's a huge property...If you find the right Geometra and the right contractor it can be a fun beautiful experience. I ❤❤❤ it but not fond of the view in the back, I would want to be able to see the mountains. I find it ironic as most Italians cannot afford a $500,000 so it would have to be sold internationally once completed. It would also probably be taxed as a luxury property once finished as well. UGGHHH but I do ❤❤❤ it!!
