MOVE IN READY TINY HOME - Showcasing The Many Benefits of Community Living

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

We have a steal of a deal for you today, on this weeks feature of Tiny Home Tuesday we not only showcase to you a move in ready model but we also give you a quick tour of the community center that you get access to when you choose to place your park model in Hidden Forest Lake Community. The Gala Model that you see today comes already set and leveled, connected to the hookups, skirted, custom stairs, and a gravel driveway, the only thing its missing is YOU. The Gala is one of our most unique floorplans, the huge built in model in the home is something you don't see in Park Models. The Gala is also a home that comes with a standard monoslope style roofline, this is a special feature that adds contrast to both the exterior and interior of the tiny home. The loft in the Gala is a great option for those who want a loft but don't want it taking up too much space. It is one of the smallest lofts we offer, it has just enough space to make it useful without making the lower level of the home feel cramped. This is one of the best deals offered on the market right now, all you have to do is sign the paper, move your things and your are good to go.
(Edit: Hidden Forest Lake does not have washateria on site, you will still need your own in your park model.)
The Gala Move-In Ready is on sale for $90,000. Call 972-771-2176 or visit rrcrockwall.com/ for current pricing.
Find more pictures, printable floorplan, VR tours, and option pricing at rrcrockwall.com/
Visit us to tour our models on display at Recreational Resort Cottages and Cabins at 4384 E Interstate 30 in Rockwall, Texas. We're open 7 days a week from 9am to 5pm but will be closed for major holidays and inclement weather, so call ahead.

I loved seeing a Dishwasher finally. It is so so rare that any of their homes have a dishwasher, I personally would love to see every home with a Dishwasher, it is so very difficult and costly to have cabinets ripped out and a Dishwasher installed once everything is already built and in place. Maybe start installing a Dishwasher and leave out the Refrigerator and let buyers pick their own Refrigerator and buy it. It’s way less hassle and less work to buy a Refrigerator versus Ripping Out Cabinets and Purchasing a Dishwasher to have it Installed.

@@american_woman I am Very Aware it can be ordered if you want to do a Special Order from the factory! But unless you do a Special Order From The Factory they do not come with a Dishwasher. I have watched EVERY MR. TINY Video Tour and I am completely aware of their Special Order Process! But not everyone wants to do a Special Order. So e people want to buy from what they stock on their sales lot and some people want to buy a used one from them. Maybe if you actually read what I wrote you would not leave a Snarky Remark and just keep your crazy comments to yourself! And Trust Me, in todays world MOST ALL PEOPLE WANT A DISHWASHER in their home, because really even a single person has NO desire to stand at a sink and wash dishes, and thats a fact!

The problem with adding things like pools and hot tubs is they are costly to install, then they are costly to operate and have a company to clean and make sure chemicals are correct, then the equipment breaks down and is costly to repair. They currently charge $550.00 per month Lot Rent, if they start adding all of those types of amenities they would likely jack the Lot Rent up to like $750.00 per month if not $850.00 or more to cover the cost of install and the upkeep and repair costs. I say no to adding all of those rarely used amenities.

  • @Cory-32901

@@Peace_from_within Janelle, I do not work at the property, however I have followed them and their replies to other peoples questions so I can only tell you what they have stated in the past. For the Hot Tub I believe it must be a small inflatable type Hot Tub that needs to be on your attached deck so a very small one but you would need to ask them about that. On the removable Cabana they do not allow like any portable tent or canvas type coverings, I believe they only allow a deck or covered deck that is attached to the home, and they also will allow a permanent type Covered Carport, and personal items for gardening and bicycles and toys all need to be kept inside your Tiny Home or they will allow a Permanent Type very small like maybe 4 foot by 4 foot or maybe 6 foot by 6 foot Garden Shed to be built, but Everything you want to add to the outside of your tiny home meaning a Deck, Cover over your deck, Garden Shed, Carport, Hot Tub, Fencing Literally Everything you want to add on the lot you rent from them Must Have Plans Submitted to the Leasing Office, then they can approve or deny the request and if they do approve it there are only certain construction companies they will allow you to use and all of the paint colors, materials used must also be approved by them. They do have some pretty strict rules on what can be outside of your home on the lot you are renting from them to park your home on be ause they want to keep things very neat and tidy looking. But you should call their offices directly to have them explain things to you. I know there are also areas in this community that are age restricted 55 and over only that nobody under 55 are allowed to live. Hope that helps!

I’m never going to be able to live in a park model home but I can dream🤷🏽‍♀️ so consider my remarks from that point of view. I love the Gala BUT…you have a wonderful, sleek, modern architectural design and yet you have chosen to add all these rustic details which look so out of place! It is like wearing a diamond tiara on a lumberjack outfit! Tiaras look great and lumberjacks look great but the mix doesn’t look the best. Just sayin’ I mean barn doors? Pipe brackets? Knotholes? Outlining in black or wood trim? Like that. Love your channel. Despite this critique, I really do🤓🤓🤓

Looks nice, but it's way too cramped, and not suitable for disabled people. Needs more room, more storage, a place for a kitchen table, and a place for a home office desk. And yes, the kitchen table and office desk should be 2 separate tables. I'm not the only person to keep their office equipment on their desk, and to keep stuff out on my kitchen table. I keep several table spices, a bunch of health supplements, several types of teas, facial tissues, and several other things on my kitchen table. I bought 2 mini countertop shelf units with 3 shelves each to hold everything. It helps that I live alone, and don't have guests over, just an occasional visit from nearby relatives. Anyway, being disabled, and also not wanting a concussion from a low loft ceiling, I have no use for a loft. What I and many other people need and want is an affordable place that is designed for the disabled, including with enough room to get around with a wheelchair or rolling walker. And when are you going to stop installing refrigerators that stick out several inches into the walkways, which makes it hard, or even impossible for wheelchairs and walkers to get by?

Tiny homes by definition need to be 399 sq feet or less so while I agree with the amenities you’d like and need, a tiny home probably won’t be for you. They make many other models that might work and I think go up to 2000 sq feet? I’m not sure but their website should have everything you’re looking for in a new home. Hope that helps.

Love the quality of these homes but they never seem to have all the things that would make it perfect for me. A home with no loft, dishwasher, side by side washer dryer space and a tub/shower combo. I have been watching tiny home videos for years and they all seem to sacrifice one or more of those. Due to aging, short stature (can't reach cabinets over stackables) and health issues (having to kneel or crawl in a loft is not appealing ). I know everyone has different wants and needs but these particular wants are hard to find all in one home.
