Life changing bicycle. Great experience. But, the seat of the cycle is very small. Please make big seat for great experience. I feel difficulties with a long ride. Please respond of me.

Motovolt cycle kine use kore experience ekdom baje, first battery problem, second rim is not good, tyre is not good, mera cycle ka umar 2 week hua hai.

সাধারণভাবে, মোটোভোল্ট ব্যাটারি প্যাকের সম্পূর্ণ চার্জের জন্য আপনার খরচ হবে 2 থেকে 3 টাকা। এটি প্রতি বৈদ্যুতিক ইউনিটে 5 টাকা বিবেচনা করা হচ্ছে।

Now a days Maintenance, after sales service is very poor due to 1. Not availablity of spare parts, 2. Not availablity of skilled mechanic . Waste of money, time & income.😮

Very poor service....... 3 months nobody attended the repair.... Cycle is simply standing and waste of money.... I will file a case in consumer court

Welcome to my review .Came back after 1.8 years. I have a long time detail review for you guys. Below are the pros and cons of motovolt e cycle. Pros - Petrol savings, easy to garage, removal. battery, no traffic chalan, Cons - SERVICE - If your cycle is running good and you are taking care of it it'll be fine. But I'm definitely sure that you must have to visit service centre back to back after 4-5 months. And if you are staying in village. Then forget. You have to carry your cycle or battery to the service centre. Faults - you will face some common faults in all the cycles. Brake problem, Controller button problem (software issue). Blank display problem ( software issue). *** Motovolt service is really pathetic. You have to waste your all day if you visit there service centre ( only 1 in Kolkata) They will garage your cycle to warehouse and you just forget it for 4-5 hours. ( May be it can a 2 mnts work ) No enginner and staff available to listen your problems. Security behaviour also wrost. Remember it carefully you to visit there service centre atleast 3 times per year ( it can be more ) Main problem is there software which is not advanced. Can be Crashed after a certain km run like 500km to 1000km. Overpriced cycle - they are taking 40 to 45 k for a cycle. But not giving a good output. Service charge - Motovolt is not only earning in selling there main source of income is in service. There accessories have unbelievable price. Back seat cushion 350. Water bottle holder 200. Hook 150. Lock 850. Etc every item of them is overpriced.( You'll get normal market product ) Extended warranty - here the worst part. They are charging 2300 for extended warranty. But i gurantee you'll not get any benefits of this warranty. Be sure They will find loopholes and cancel it. So don't take EW. Resale value - you'll get 5-6k when selling 😅. Uncomfortable - it is comfortable in good roads but in a little bumpy road you'll get the real taste. Shocker - It's don't have any shocker. Its just a iron rod attached with handle. Trust me
