Don't buy this. Service is very poor. Within two months my battery failed. Since September 23.,I am contacting them to solve my problem .Till this date nothing happened.

you need to keep your bike covered (rain cover : rs 300) and will face no problems. I have been using it for 6000 plus kms with no issues.

I have one of their cycles (smart plus) purchased in 2021. I needed to change the battery in 2024. The price of a smart plus battery is 5000 more than standard battery with same capacity. And the standard battery will not show any display if plugged in smart plus cycle. So, beware before purchasing a smart plus cycle/ebike. Smart facilities would incur high maintenance cost in future.

Break placement fault nahi hai. Cycles me aise hi hota hai yani left me agey ka aur right me piche ka. Motor ya engine 2 wheeler me left me piche ka aur right me front ka hota hai. Isme cycle wale break diye hai taki paper work me problem na aaye sarkar ki aur se
