my son is 12 and he has this atv and he loves it

It has a lot of power If ur 12 going from an 80 to 250

Might sound funny to some, but I still have my 1987 TRX 250-X as 'one' of my atv's. Bought it new with a 42" snow plow, set of tire chains, and a helmet, all for $2,600.00. I've replaced all of the usual stuff at one time or another... chains n sprockets, new tires, seat cover, and the rear axle bearing. It's smoked a little for last few years, but always starts n runs great. I've watched 25 yrs worth of friends atv's come n go. I still get asked if I wanna sell it. Just plowed sidewalks 2nite.

are they any aftermarket or any racing parts for the hondatrx250? Can all honda 250 aftermarket parts work on the 2014?

Hey I have an all-racing aftermarket 2006 TRX250EX and it runs INSANELY well. It is still Honda bulletproof but, when you rejet it alot, it turns into a BEAST.

Good quick review! Wish Yamaha still made a Raptor 250 tho. Ugh. Either save up for a '21 Yamaha YFZ450R or get the TRX250X. #sportquads #ohio

U can't change it! Buy a racing quad! Yamaha YFZ450R is the best one. 🇺🇸

We have a Honda 250X and a Yamaha Raptor 250. You're right the Honda is a better beginner bike. And a little less maintenance with the shaft drive. The Yamaha kicks its ass in a race every time though. It's significantly faster than the Honda. Both are really good bikes.

I'm the same way. I ride a yz125 and rode my friends 250 Honda and it was weird wen I kicked it all the way down an wondered y it wasn't moving,lol.

Buy a new one an support sport ATVs! Im doing this myself. Built in USA. 🇺🇸 I will use my Ford F150 4wd truck to haul the quad. Support the ATV community & buy American as much as possible!

I am 6 foot 1 with longer legs. Would I be able to comfortably fit on the TRX250X, or, would I be cramped. I just want a cheap, reliable atv for a toy and I don't care what other people think of it.

i have a honda and i had a yamaha and the honda was twice as fast as the yamaha the honda has great accleration and traction so u dont know anything about quads i was at them since i was 6 and i had a yamaha and now the honda is just amazing

Have a professional check ur carburetor. Make sure ur have a clean litely oiled or better yet order K&N air filter an install ..flows more air /more power. *Always use premium gasoline 91-93 octane only * .

i have a 07 trx250ex and a 08 400ex. y friend is 6 foot 2 and he rides mine no problem. the bars might hit ur knees if u turn really sharp. ive had mine up to the handlebars in snow and water it still runs great.
