I have one of these with some 20in chrome spoke wheels. Pearl white with tint. Pretty sweet. Gets lots of compliments.

Mercedes-Benz did make a pickup truck in 2017 they called it the X-Class sadly though Mercedes stopped making them in 2020 due to low sales.
